Weighing 80 lbs, the SWAG Off Road HULK Tubing Roller is a serious machine. Built in the USA, it features 4130 chromoly axles, a fully machined drive yoke, and a 2-ton bottle jack for smooth, controlled forming.
We offer 76 die sizes for round tube, pipe, and square tube—plus specialty dies for flat bar, handrail cap, rectangular tubing, and diamond-profile square tubing. Many are also available in Delrin, ideal for anodized or polished materials. All center drive dies are keyed to the axle for a secure, slip-free connection.
Most tubing rollers struggle with twist and repeatability—we’ve engineered around both. Our chromoly axles are machined to within ±.003” and centered with dual shaft collars to eliminate side play. The center drive yoke is fully machined from three pieces of ¾” thick steel for perfect squareness, keeping pressure straight and twist-free.
The built-in digital height gauge makes repeat bends easy. Zero the gauge at setup, roll to your desired radius, and log the settings for future jobs. No guesswork required.
Rather than a hard-to-turn screw jack, the HULK’s 2-ton bottle jack applies consistent downward force and stays centered over your material under load. All dies ride on roller bearings for smooth operation, and the 3-way handle can be upgraded with a Harbor Freight pipe threader (#62203) for hands-free power rolling.
Finished with a powder-coated steel frame, aluminum spacers, and stainless hardware, the HULK looks as good as it performs. Ships 90% assembled (base not included). Rolls round tubing and solid stock to a 12" radius; square and rectangular tube to ~36–48".
Mounting footprint: 30" x 8.625" (hole pattern: 29" x 7.625" on center). Each die set includes one drive and two non-drive rollers. We stock 1,000+ die sets and have nearly all sizes ready to ship.
